Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy

A. Policy

Returned and exchanged items must comply with the following conditions:

  1. A copy of the e-Invoice must be presented at the time of exchange or refund.

  2. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

  3. Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange or return via pickup service. These can only be exchanged in-store.

  4. Please handle items with care when trying them on. Products returned in a damaged or used condition will not be accepted.

  5. Exchange and return requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase (excluding sale periods).

  6. For valid returns, a store credit note equal to the purchase value will be sent to the email used during registration.

  7. Refunds will only be processed in cases of:

    • Manufacturing defect, or

    • Delivery error (such as wrong item or unavailability).
      Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase — Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

  8. Any condition in this Exchange & Refund Policy will be considered void if it violates Article No. (5) of Law No. (8) of 2008 under the Consumer Protection Law of the State of Qatar.


B. Process

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via call or WhatsApp at +974 50721000, or email us at CustomerCare@bg-qa.com.

  2. Provide your name, contact number, pickup address, e-invoice number (order confirmation), and reason for return.

  3. Share a photo of the item (showing all attached tags) via WhatsApp or email.

  4. Share a copy of your e-invoice via WhatsApp or email.

  5. Once our Customer Care Team confirms your eligibility, pickup of the returned item will be arranged within 48 hours.


What Happens Next

  • If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed using your original payment method.

  • If you choose a store credit, it will be sent to your email within 48 hours after the returned item has been physically collected by the Beauty Gallery Team.
